Replacement Policy
We believe that every customer deserves to receive the product that best reflects her taste, which is why we offer product exchanges under the following conditions:
- Replacement period: The customer has the right to request a replacement product within two days of receiving the order.
- Product Condition: The product must be unused , in its original condition , with original packaging and tag.
- Shipping costs: The customer bears the shipping costs in the event of an exchange, unless there is an error on our part, such as sending a different product than ordered or a manufacturing defect.
- Replacement Mechanism: After checking the condition of the product, the required replacement will be sent as soon as possible.
Return Policy
We aim to provide high-quality products. However, in rare cases, an order error or a manufacturing defect may occur. Therefore, a return can be requested according to the following policy:
- Acceptable Return Cases: Returns are only available in two cases:
- There was an error in the order (such as sending a different product than what was ordered).
- There is an obvious manufacturing defect in the product.

Special and customized requests
- Orders made to special specifications or with modifications based on the customer's request are non-exchangeable or non-refundable, as they are custom-made.
